We hope you’ll love your Naturally Nailah order but if you want to return any of it we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resalable condition within 30 days of receipt.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our (manufacturer’s) error, or in the event you may have received incorrect items. In which case we will process your exchange upon receipt of the item(s) as long as there’s no apparent evidence of tampering.

Once your item(s) are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, your exchange will then be processed.*

Note:* You can only make an exchange for items which are the same as those which you’ve purchased under the circumstances previously listed.
